1. Shipping Policy
At Cuddle Boo, we strive to deliver your comfort as safely and efficiently as possible. All orders are delivered within an estimated 3 to 10 days from the date of order confirmation.
Shipping Charges
- Free Shipping: We offer completely free shipping on every order, anywhere in India — no minimum purchase required. Whether you order a Crescent Cuddle Pillow, extra covers, or accessories, delivery is always free.
2. Return & Exchange Policy
We want you to love your Cuddle Boo experience. If there is an issue with your order, we accept return or exchange requests within 7 days of the delivery date.
After 7 days from delivery, we strictly cannot offer any returns, exchanges, or refunds.
Conditions for Return
- The item must be unused, unwashed, and in the exact same condition that you received it.
- It must be in the original packaging with all tags intact.
- Items that show signs of use, dirt, or pet hair will be immediately rejected and shipped back to you at your expense.
Mandatory Unboxing Video
To request a return, exchange, or refund for missing, damaged, or incorrect items, you must provide a clear, uncut, and unedited unboxing video. The video must show the sealed package being opened for the first time. Without this video, we cannot process any claims for damages or missing products.
3. Refund Policy
Once your returned item is received at our facility, our quality check team will inspect the product to ensure it meets our return conditions. We will then notify you via email or WhatsApp regarding the approval or rejection of your refund.
Refund Processing Timeline
- If approved, your refund will be initiated immediately.
- Please allow 7 to 10 business days for the refunded amount to reflect in your original method of payment or bank account.
- If your order incurred shipping charges (e.g., purchasing only covers), the original shipping fee is non-refundable and will be deducted from your final refund amount.
4. Cancellations
Orders can be cancelled for a full refund within 24 hours of placing them. Once the production or dispatch process has begun after this 24-hour window, cancellations may no longer be possible.
