1. Introduction

Welcome to Cuddle Boo (cuddleboo.store). These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of our website and your purchase of any product from us. By browsing this site or placing an order, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree with any part of them, please do not use the website or place an order.

Cuddle Boo is an independently run, home-based business based in Kerala, India. References to "we", "us", or "our" mean Cuddle Boo, and "you" or "customer" means the person using the website or placing an order.

2. Use of This Website

You agree to use this website only for lawful purposes. You must not:

• Use the site in any way that could damage, disable, or impair it, or interfere with anyone else's use of it.
• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the website, other accounts, or computer systems connected to it.
• Use any automated system (bots, scrapers, etc.) to access the website without our prior written consent.
• Submit false, misleading, or fraudulent information through our forms, including the order and contact forms.

3. Products, Pricing & Availability

We make every effort to display our products, colours, and descriptions as accurately as possible. However, actual colours may vary slightly depending on your screen settings.

• All prices are listed in Indian Rupees (INR) and are inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.
• We reserve the right to change prices, product availability, or descriptions at any time without prior notice.
• Estimated delivery timelines are shown at checkout and on our Shipping & Returns page.
• In the rare event of a pricing or stock error, we will contact you before processing your order, and you may choose to proceed or cancel for a full refund.

4. Orders & Payment

By placing an order, you are making an offer to purchase a product, which we accept once your payment is confirmed and you receive an order confirmation email.

• Payments are processed securely through Razorpay. We do not store your card, UPI, or banking details on our servers.
• We accept major debit/credit cards, UPI, and net banking as supported by Razorpay.
• Cash on Delivery (COD): COD is available only on orders that include at least one pillow. To confirm a COD order, you pay an advance of ₹199 online at checkout, and the remaining balance (for example, ₹4,800 for a single pillow) is paid in cash to the delivery person when you receive your order. COD is not available for orders that contain only pillow covers; those must be paid in full online.
• You are responsible for providing accurate shipping and contact details at checkout. We are not liable for delays or failed deliveries caused by incorrect information.

5. Cancellations, Returns & Refunds

Our cancellation, return, exchange, and refund process is detailed in full on our Shipping & Returns page, which forms part of these Terms. Please review it before placing an order.

Cancellation of Cash on Delivery orders. The ₹199 advance paid for a COD order is refundable if you cancel your order before it has been shipped. If you cancel your order after it has been shipped, the ₹199 advance will not be refunded.

6. Intellectual Property

All content on this website — including the Cuddle Boo name, logo, product photography, graphics, and text — is the property of Cuddle Boo and protected by applicable copyright and trademark laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use this content commercially without our prior written permission.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Cuddle Boo shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of this website or products purchased through it. Our total liability for any claim relating to a product is limited to the amount you paid for that product.

Our products are intended for general comfort and lounging use. They are not medical devices, and any mention of therapeutic or supportive benefits (e.g. for pregnancy, recovery, or posture) is based on general comfort design, not a medical claim. Please consult a healthcare professional for any medical condition.

8. Privacy

Your use of this website is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect, use, and protect your personal information.

9. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of this website shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Kerala, India.
